Welcome to Activit. These terms and conditions govern the use of our platform. By using our application, or by checking the box to accept these terms, you agree to comply with them fully and unconditionally. Activit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, and use of the platform is at your own risk. The creator disclaims all responsibility for how the platform is used by third parties.
2. Definitions
- Users: Individuals who register on the app to create or join plans.
- Plans: Events, activities, or meetings created by users within the platform.
- Group Chat: Communication space available to users who join a plan.
- Advertisements: Any visible promotional content that may be shared by users. At this time, Activit does not offer paid advertising or premium placements.
3. Registration and Account
- Users must be at least 16 years old to register.
- Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and activities under your account.
4. Creating and Participating in Plans
- Users can create and join plans through the platform.
- Activit is not responsible for the organization or outcomes of user-created plans.
- Plans must comply with local laws and must not include illegal or infringing content.
5. Group Chat
- Group chats are accessible to users who join a plan.
- Offensive, abusive, or illegal language is prohibited.
- Activit may moderate or remove inappropriate content within three (3) business days and suspend offending accounts.
- Activit cannot guarantee preemptive moderation of all interactions and is not responsible for delays or user conduct within group chats.
6. Advertising and Payments
- Currently, Activit does not offer paid advertising, premium accounts, or in-app purchases.
- If users share promotional content in plans or chats, it is not monetized or endorsed by Activit.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
- Activit is committed to user privacy in accordance with international regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability
- Activit and its creator are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages that may result from the use or misuse of the platform.
- By using the platform, users acknowledge and accept that they assume full responsibility for their interactions and shared content.
9. Changes to Terms
- Terms may be updated. Changes will be communicated via the app or email.
10. Termination
- Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violating these terms.

- These terms are subject to local jurisdiction and applicable consumer laws.

13. User-Generated Content and Moderation (EULA)
Important Notice (End-User License Agreement - EULA): Activit has a strict zero-tolerance policy for offensive, illegal, or abusive content and behavior. By using Activit, you explicitly agree not to upload or share any such content. Any violation may result in immediate removal of content and suspension or permanent banning of your account without prior warning. All reports will be reviewed within 24 hours.
Users are solely responsible for the content they upload or share through Activit, including profile images, messages, and event details.
Activit provides tools to report both users and events that may violate our community standards. Users can report issues such as spam, harassment, offensive behavior, fake profiles, or inappropriate content.
Each report is reviewed individually by the Activit team. If a violation is confirmed, the reported content will be removed, and the user responsible may be suspended or permanently banned.
While we do not currently use automated moderation tools, our team manually reviews all reports to help maintain a safe environment for everyone.
